Sophie Vickers
Sophie Maria Vickers is a London-based animator and mixed reality artist.
Primarily a 3D animation director, Sophie brings a wholly creative approach to the technically complex mixed reality space. She graduated from The Manchester School of Art with a first-class honours degree in Illustration with Animation, and continued her practice at the Royal College of Art, directing a virtual reality film which utilised both 2D and 3D animation within an immersive space. She creates uncannily beautiful worlds in her films and shares them with us through her artistic use of AR, VR and immersive cinema. Always aiming to create a sense of wonder through her worlds, she enjoys creating other-worldly spaces filled with fantastical creatures and enchantment.
